This is a contract position with a possibility of full-time commitment should everything work out between us.
Since 2006 eQualit.ie has been developing case management tools for organisations documenting and collating information on human rights violations. The first iteration – Debaser – was developed to compile cases from the North Caucasus for submission to the European Court in Strasbourg. RightsCase began in 2009 as a project for a coalition of Zimbabwean human rights groups documenting violations perpetrated by the current government. To date, hundreds of cases involving thousands of people and events have been recorded by these groups and others like them. RightsCase is currently being adapted to assist an international effort to document human rights violations in a current conflict zone. You are invited to participate in this effort.
Please take a look at the project page. You can take the demo for a spin or set-up your own instance from git.
